NEW Sparring- Only Classes

Perfect for students who want focused pad-up work, controllled contact and technical development. Only 12 students per session. 

£4 per class (cash on the day)

All grades welcome but students will need gum shields to take part. The Dojo has pads and other protective wear but students should consider buying their own kit- see Jane for equipment/prices.

Beginners & Intermediate Belts up to and including Blue Belt

9:00- 10:00 Red/White, Red, Yellow/White

10:00-11:00 Yellow, Orange/White, Orange

11:00-12:30 Green/White, Green, Blue/White, Blue
